Brush Rings
Brush rings are versatile components used in sweeping, cleaning, and industrial applications. With high bristle density, they provide long-lasting performance over large areas. Different bristle arrangements, such as straight or wave-shaped, optimise sweeping efficiency. Materials vary, including plastic bodies with plastic bristles and steel bodies with crimped wire bristles, allowing customisation for specific needs.
Our fully plastic brush rings are made with our proprietary Finalon fibre, they are suitable for a wide range of applications and can be customised in colour, locking pin design and filament thickness. Full plastic rings are also completely recyclable, making them sustainable choice.

All-plastic convoluted brush ring
The world’s first all-plastic convoluted, fully recyclable brush ring, made entirely of polypropylene for superior performance. It contains 40% more brushing material than standard brush rings, resulting in a significantly extended lifespan.
Materials: 100% polypropylene with bristling options in our own Finalon™ or Finalon+™ fibre

Flat brush ring
