Tufted Steel Wire Cassette

The high-quality materials of our brush cassettes ensure peak performance in the maintenance of airport runways, taxiways, aprons and other paved areas, offering long service life and effective ice, snow, rubber, or debris removal.

Tufted steel wire cassettes are available in various profiles and lengths to fit the brush core of each sweeper and sweeper-blower manufacturer. With the right fit, you achieve the full sweeping width for your machine.

Skyline™ Brush Cassette

Made entirely of polypropylene, the unique shape of the Skyline™ Brush Cassette makes it a superior choice for runway maintenance. Easy to mount and dismount, it reduces the load on the core and stress on the machine.

The rugged material and proven resistance to chemicals are perfect for heavy-duty cleaning. The continuous bristling efficiently clears snow, rubber, soil and debris, ensuring flights can take off and land safely.

The Skyline™ brushes are designed to clear snow and ice airfields in freezing temperatures. Skyline™ brushes are fully functional at -40°C without breaking bristles, ensuring a prolonged product life in all climates..

Steel Wire Brush Ring

We produce both tufted and standard brush rings with an inner diameter of 10″ (254 mm). These can be combined into the core to achieve the desired brushing performance. The brush rings are carefully balanced to create an even wear of the brush, to relieve stress on the bearings, and to prevent vibration.

Beacon & Lamp Brushes

Specially designed brushes for clearing snow and dirt off runway beacons and light posts, ensuring clear visibility and functionality. We manufacture a range of brushes for snow ploughs and other equipment used to clear snow from light beacons, runway signs, and other airfield areas. Our brushes are compatible with brands such as Argnani & Monti, Eagle Edge Lite, FMG, Hagie, Johnston, Kahlbacher, Stark, Tellefsdal, Vammas, and Zaugg SnowShark.

Sweeping Discs & Brush Rings

Plastic brush rings are used in a wide range of sweepers at airports. Our all-plastic Ecoline™ brush rings fit every sweeper, such as Multihog, Beam, and other front-mounted and truck-mounted sweepers using brush rings.

Gutter Brushes

Also known as side brushes or channel brushes, these are used in front-mounted, truck-mounted, and compact sweepers to ensure comprehensive cleaning of airport taxiways, aprons, sidewalks, parking areas, streets, access roads and other paved areas.
