Beeline® convoluted brush ring
The benchmark in durability and versatility
Beeline is the world’s first fully recyclable, all-plastic convoluted brush ring. Constructed entirely from polypropylene, it offers up to 40% longer service life due to its innovative wave-shaped design—delivering up to 100 hours of performance compared to 50 in typical applications.

Convoluted brush rings are engineered to provide dependable, high-performance contact under demanding operating conditions. The continuous, wave-formed geometry ensures uniform surface engagement and consistent contact pressure. This optimised configuration supports effective reduces wear, and promotes stable operation over extended service intervals. With their compact and robust construction, convoluted brush rings are ideally suited for applications requiring durability, precision, and long-term reliability. As they do not need any spacer, they are also easier to install and handle.
Beeline brush rings above 7” use a four-wave design, compared to three waves in competing products. This increases the amount of brush material per ring, directly improving sweeping performance. Customised four-wave solutions are available for smaller sizes.
