Brush components include essential parts for assembling and maintaining brushes, such as bristle bundles, covers, metal ring spacers, plastic or wooden flanges, and tubes. These components enable you to customise and repair brushes to fit specific applications.
Examples of our components
Finalon® fibre
High-performance proprietary fibre designed for effective sweeping. Available in customisable thicknesses and colours, providing enhanced strength and stiffness where needed.
Turboline plates
Steel components for the Turboline brush system, engineered to fit the machine precisely. Available in custom colours, these plates are a one-time investment as they do not wear out in use.
Distance rings / spacers
Ensure proper brush ring spacing and alignment for optimal performance. Made from durable materials, they are reusable and available in various sizes. To be used with Starline and Sunline brush rings (not required for Beeline brush rings).
